Oakwood Film Academy is a community focused initiative. Our production meetings are held every Thursday 7pm (term time) in the Roundhay Parochial Hall – Cardroom.

We also teach short film production skills in a relaxed atmosphere. Our short courses run on Thursdays at 6pm. They  are informative, practical and fun. Open to young (18+) and old. (Younger filmmakers can attend with a parent). The academy links with Oakwood Cinema where  projects are screened before the main film.
